Interest rate update and refix strategy 201810
Posted by: Connie Wang in Interest Rates
Have you ever been in this situation?
Your Home loans are coming off fixed term and need refix, but you are not sure how to make a confident decision?
Do I choose the lowest rate? What if rates are going up during the next fixed period and I miss the boat? Also, some of my friends picked a three-year fixed term, and I was wondering why they did that.
Do I choose a longer period? Well, why would I pay more on interest cost?
What if I want to sell the property? How does it affect the loan on a fixed term? Do I have to pay break costs?
I’m so confused….
Don’t worry, every month Connie from Prosperity Finance provides you with the latest interest rate update and in-depth analysis on how the rates are going to go, couple with best strategies on refix so that you can make an informed decision with ease and confidence.
