It is my great honour to be awarded the New Zealand Top Adviser 2021!
NZ Adviser revealed the top advisers' award result on Aug 30, 2021. I am very excited and proud to share that I am one of the winners of this award.
The NZ Top Adviser is a five-year-old annual award issued by the loan industry. It aims to encourage and recognise the mortgage brokers and advisers for their hardworking and well-performance in the previous year. In 2021, there are 51 brilliant advisers are named. Click to see the full list
I’m very honoured to be nominated for this award, and much appreciation to the NZA organization. It is not easy to gain this award, and it is definitely not only belonging to me: without the strong support from my team and all of my clients who trust and come to me to seek home loan solutions, I cannot grow to be an experienced and trustworthy mortgage advisor like today. Therefore, I feel so much appreciation for my team and clients.
The story behind the award
For New Zealand and the whole world, 2021 is a tough year that is deeply affected by the COVID-19. Many industries were severely affected by the pandemic. During that year, how does the Prosperity Finance team overcome the difficulties and consistently create values for
My answer is ‘Always put my clients' best interests first.’
The most important value that Prosperity Finance always keeps in mind is client-first. We treat our clients’ applications as if it’s our own. Help them get the best possible outcomes by doing whatever it takes, going above and beyond. As a result, clients trust us and become repeated clients and refer their family and friends to us for many financial inquiries including but not limited to the home equity loans.
We Take a Holistic Approach
As a mortgage adviser, our core value is to help you find the best possible finance solution. However, I know to truly help you achieve your goals, only having the right financial approval is not sufficient. You may want to know how to best protect your precious asset, how to be tax-efficient, or how to achieve your long-term financial goals. At Prosperity Finance, we focus on providing a holistic solution. We partnership with other professionals such as property accountants, solicitors, real estate agents, etc to fast track your success.
The All Green Team
At Prosperity Finance, each team member was carefully selected. We are not only good at what we do, but we are also good human beings and share the same company Mission and values.
Unlike the traditional one-man band mortgage adviser model, we are working as a team. We believe each member has their strength and weakness. By focus on our strengths, we can deliver outstanding results.
We are also obsessed with our technical knowledge skills. We debrief every week and use every opportunity to learn and share our mistakes, lessons, and responsibilities as a team.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help people build wealth through property, so they can contribute and something good happens in the world.
This reward for me is not only encouragement and recognition, but also a driving force for progress. In the future, our team will work harder to help more people in need. At the same time, we will endeavour to keep adding more value to our clients to help them remove as many obstacles as we can. Thank you again for your company and support all the way, I am humbled and appreciative.
